Cajun Garlic Butter Steak Linguine

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned (3–5 minutes).
  3. Sprinkle in Cajun seasoning and stir well to coat the steak evenly.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until completely melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked linguine to skillet and toss until pasta is thoroughly coated in sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

Toss in fresh spinach or cherry tomatoes when adding pasta for extra flavor.
Add red pepper flakes for additional heat.
